37 years young, 6'4" 250-260lbs. I float between there. I was 275lbs when I was 24 playing football in JC. That was with just over 10% body fat. I look thin when I start going below 250lbs. 250lbs is what looks normal on my frame.
Have all my hair still, no thinning. A little widows peak though. No grey except on my chin.

40, 235 lbs, greying hair, contrary to all of my mothers naggin BITD, wearing a ball cap or hard hat 80% of your life, (removed to sleep) does NOT cause baldness. ABS, they're under there somewhere. Props to Marc Tardif on the steady weight, are you married Marc? Bet not to be in that great of shape! I'd need an exclusive diet of Marlboro's, Mountain Dew, and Miller High Life to get me back to college weight of 170 lbs.

5'10" and just hit 200---and not thrilled about it either, although it's mostly gut. I'm working on that. Riding more helps, and it's cool out now.
As for my hair, think Phil Collins. Or maybe I'm growing a mohawk:

I was 6 feet plus and weighed over 200 pounds in junior high.
Maybe THATS why I didn't win every race!!!
After the blood clots last October and breaking my back in May, I was 350. I am about 6"4". I am down to 320 now, having been cleared by my doc to work out again. I hired a trainer, and she has been kicking my *** twice a week, and I have been going an additional 4 days. I am starting to feel great again. I even want to race next year, after watchig my son race his first race (AND WIN!!!! )

just turned 40 in sept. 215 6'. Hink I think I'd have to bet against you running a sub 5 second 40, no disrespect but you could be playing on sundays at that size and quickness. I don't know that I could beat anyone here running a 40. chugging a 40 now that would be a different deal

When people ask me how I stay in shape I tell them...Old BMXers never die they just become triathletes! OK...so maybe that is only true for me. Thanks to my healthly habits and obsession with tri traning I am 6-1, 168, about 6% body fat, and I can run 6 minute miles with the best of 'em. Soon to be 37. Unfortunately, I can't get the hair I don't want on my legs to grow on top of my noggin so I will have to keep shaving the legs and wait for science to find a cure for male pattern baldness. Anybody up for a 50 mile ride this weekend?

No disrespect taken frank, but it's true. When I played football, I was a defensive lineman and I haven't lost a step when it comes to 40-yard dashes. Yes, I am a big guy, but I have always been a good runner, no joke. Long story as to why I don't play football anymore, but it's cool. Remember, a dash is in a straight line, I didn't say anything about turning or avoiding oncoming linebackers! LOL!

Hair still thick w/ more gray strands everyday. Two gray spots on chin. Wife says it is from playing with beard.
Cant run or ride hard due to knee injury 15 years ago. Cant stop eating either. No control.

31, 6' tall and 212 as of this morning. I have a head full of hair (as well as two shoulders, back, chest, and my ears). I cut my ear shaving the other day...shaving my danged ear. I have to cut my eyebrow hairs now--they're getting up to 1.5" long. I always thought I was 3/4 Norwegian and 1/4 Swedish. Turns out I'm actually 1/4 Sasquatch.

Hey Bedlam, TMI. LOL.
I'm 37 y.o. 5'10, 240 lbs, had hair down to my waist like BrianP, but cut it back in '03... .. worst decision I made (including selling my RL20II f/f for $50.00 back in '89).
But, growing it back out now, grays and all.

I try to keep in shape so my weight is pretty low right now at 145 pounds or 66 Kg. Not very tall at 173cm or about 5 '9 and 1/2 inches. I live in Japan so I fit in with the rest of the crowd except for my face. I'll probably gain weight after moving back home next year. Hope to meet lots of friends at Rockford. As for my hair, still brown but seems to be getting thinner since I was racing BMX. I'm still a kid at heart.

Skinny as a rail and Ottumwa should probably not go together in the same sentence. Ask Roseanne Barr, who used to say Ottumwa is for fat chicks in stretch pants. Well, she should know!

Fitter, happier, more productive,
comfortable,
not drinking too much,
regular exercise at the gym
(3 days a week),
getting on better with your associate employee contemporaries,
at ease,
eating well
(no more microwave dinners and saturated fats),
a patient better driver,
a safer car
(baby smiling in back seat),
sleeping well
(no bad dreams),
no paranoia,
careful to all animals
(never washing spiders down the plughole),
keep in contact with old friends
(enjoy a drink now and then),
will frequently check credit at (moral) bank (hole in the wall),
favors for favors,
fond but not in love,
charity standing orders,
on Sundays ring road supermarket
(no killing moths or putting boiling water on the ants),
car wash
(also on Sundays),
no longer afraid of the dark or midday shadows
nothing so ridiculously teenage and desperate,
nothing so childish - at a better pace,
slower and more calculated,
no chance of escape,
now self-employed,
concerned (but powerless),
an empowered and informed member of society
(pragmatism not idealism),
will not cry in public,
less chance of illness,
tires that grip in the wet
(shot of baby strapped in back seat),
a good memory,
still cries at a good film,
still kisses with saliva,
no longer empty and frantic like a cat tied to a stick,
that's driven into frozen winter ****

calm,
fitter,
healthier and more productive

Under 200 and full head of hair with no gray at all.
At almost 42, I feel so darn blessed. Need to lose some weight but heck, I feel pretty darn good.
Went for the big physical this year expecting to have my father's high blood pressure and cholesterol.
No high blood pressue and cholesterol in the low 130's.
I swear I felt like I won the lotto when I got the results. It was the best gift I've had in a long time.
