"OK, who is a total stud man-meat and attracts all the ladies?"
We have a tie with Surf911S who posted on page 2 and Mike Stevens who posted on page 1. And that's my opinion from the ladies side. I don't know either of these guys and I believe neither does my husband.

"Does membership have its priviledges?"
Well, yes. A nice vacation in the hospital after your stroke, heart attack, or diabetes complications.

Hey, I'm no angel here myself. I certainly don't weigh anywhere near 200 lbs. But, I could use to lose 30 lbs.

I'm curently 175 and dropping. Was up to 207 at the beginning of summer. I'm 5'8" and my hair is still the same color and full. I lost about 28 pounds and started working my abs and I tightened up. I'm doing 540 sit ups and 200 leg lifts each day. Went from 36" pants to 32". I'l be 40 next August and want to be ripped. We'll see...

Gym, who is this Gym? New member here?

I'm around 5'11, & 220. I was always big, when I was 21 & in better shape I was around 205-210. I have a big frame, with a bit of a belly. But I have a physical job that keeps the upper part in shape, just need more cardio to lose the belly & get some more stamina.

I used to hit the gym, not so much time anymore. I found the Weider ab shaper let me do surprisingly effective crunches without the lower back drama. I have one coming to my front door as we speak. Also now with the cooler weather, hooking up the baby trailer and getting some bike time with my wife helps a bit!

238lbs (but I'm 6'6")
