it looks very home-made...that shifter is cosmetic, unlike a sting ray shifter.

That woulda been cool in the early 70's, that stick shift reminds me of something that Mattel had that went on a bicycle and made noise, it had a stick stifter too.

Looks to me like a homebuilt version of the Schwinn Lemon Peeler.
