Thanks, I like them better in white as well. I bought the bike this summer in Denver at a flea market for $40.00. I just need a seat and haven't decided on a set of bars yet. Any suggestions?

That looks great, I want to do same thing I have a chrome TA that I want white Is that powder or paint And did you strip off the chrome or paint right over it.Some guys told me if you paint over chrome it chips right off please let me know thanks
Yasser
Looking gd but sorry I do prefer its former chrome finish.
rickcool
If you look closely at the rear chain stays the chrome was flaked off and someone sprayed chrome paint to cover it up. My powder coater blasts off the flaking chrome so that it is a smooth transistion between what chrome stays and what chrome goes. I don't think the powder flakes off unless there is a weak spot on the frame chrome that doesn't get taken off when blasting. Mine was pretty rough in the rear but came out smooth when done.
rickcool
Almost done. What do you think?
TONE
needs skyway pedals..........

and a seat

Looking good Rick. But if I may say, too much of the same colour can make a bike look uninteresting. A different colour chanwheel and seat clamp would look much nicer. Just my 2 cents.

Very nice always wanted one bitd , hopefully I will find one.

Rick, get a chrom 3-piece crank and it'll be a blast!
