Can any Hutch guys, tell me what this is?

OLD SCHOOL HUTCH PRO RACER FRAME US MODEL. The Serial is 0148660 . Is how it was advertised. What do you think?

Not sure, but it is pretty easy to re-sticker...so I was just hoping to confirm with the serial numbers, but I don't know how to decipher Hutch serial numbers...
