total crap? "0K" for a rider? BMX? what are these things? i'm at work and can't post pics...sorry.

Never heard of them... but be careful how you pronounce that name in front of the ladies! LOL

Great for a low budget build, I would put them on a Huffy no problem.
The flanges are press fitted, I would consider them 'light duty'.
Ok I guess if you're building a rider wheelset yourself, but if you're paying and LBS big $ to build them up, hold out for some decent hubs.

Kun Teng make hubs for MTBs now, under the name Quando. They made Sovos hubs for mid-school BMX. DK also had hubs made by them. If I am not wrong, they supplied steel-shelled hubs to the Diamonback Super Viper in 1984 thereabouts. Still a Taiwanese company.
