Wow you don't see this every day. Earl had a few of these kits a decade or so ago.

If it was the smaller frame kit, I'd be bidding. I had a gold Race Inc in the 70s (the one with the lower top tube).

yeah you dont see those very often, they were available both aluminum and cro-no kits. The colors in 82 and 83 were white, red, blue, black and chrome for the cro-mo kit.

I think Ashtabula had a big shrink wrapped kit. It hung on the wall from pegs. Looked funky.

Ya, this guy lives about 30 minutes from me. He's an old Schwinn guy. Has no interest in BMX at all. A freind of mine was supposed to go with him down south to get this score of stuff that this Race Inc was in. He jilted my buddy and left without him. When he got back he called him up wanting to brag about all the cool stuff he got. My freind told me about this kit and I said that I would give the guy whatever he wanted, just name the price. I got a phonecall Sunday saying that it was definately mine, he just had to decide on a price. 3 hours later it was listed on Ebay. Really rubbed me wrong, but who am I?
