What about the gusset under the down tube, at the head tube.. Is that Race Inc.? Anyone have a picture of a Race Inc. that matches the frame listed in the auction?

Here's mine after a powdercoat. Another one that I wish I'd never sold.

The chrome ones had regular Race Inc stickers. The powdercoated ones had gold lettered stickers.

Cool. Thanks.
Not that I was doubting you, but you know... two sources.

It went for $30. That was a freakin' deal. Hope that was you Steve. BTW, I'd keep the centerpull rigging. That's way cool. I wanted one of those so bad.

I contacted the seller during the listing telling him it was not a Robinson but a Race Inc. He replied and says he has a few more ROBINSONS that are exactly the same as the one in the listing.....Go get em'.......

I suppose its hard to reason with a guy who went through all the trouble of getting a period correct Robinson frame decal to go with the frame.

One of the first things I ever bought off of Ebay was a complete Race Inc 4130 back 8-9 years ago. Back when you put BMX in the ebay search and you'd get maybe 50-60 matches. Bought the complete bike with mint Redline 401s, the Race Inc frame, bars, seatpost, fork. I think it had blue Z-rims. Anyways I think I paid $117 for the whole thing. Ahh the good ole days.
