Not extremelyt rare, but hard to find. i have a couple of sets. Road pedals designated as Phil Wood "CHP" for California Highway Patrol due to the reflectors

A friend had those on his SCHWINN Paramount BITD.

Minus the CHP stamp of course.......

All Phil Wood pedals had the CHP designator stamp on them as they were only available as an aftermarket product
