Can someone please tell me some information on these redline bars? Years made, what tabs are for, etc.

Made 85ish til? Tabs are for a forklifter plate, and they are race bars.

the U crossbar or freestyle version's going rate is $200+ depending on condition ----- well ya can't deny the fact Kastan designed a sweet piece of art with those early Forklifters .....
