Hi,

I'm bidding on a Hutch pro racer with serial no 9010 which is stamped on the side of the headtube????
Is this correct? Or is it a fake? Please help. Bidding ends tomorrow.

Thnx very much!!

Usually Hutch serial #s are either on a rear dropout or under the bottom bracket. Could it be a pre-serial Hutch with a police type serial # added afterward? Is there a pic?

I wouldn't do it, that sounds a little weird

Hi Mario,

have seen that auction too, was on belgian EBay if I remember right - definitve NO Hutch!

Looks more like an MCS - rear Dropouts / no Looptail. Also Hutches haven´t had gusset under the downtube

Cheers
mr coasterbrake
yeah, that is not a Hutch.
JJR
