Dont know whether mine is stock but it came wth a Sugino stem on the Vector V8 bars, not similar to the ones on the ET but do have the same Sugino crown logo. Here is my Victory 1, long overdue project, hope it help.

The stem in the printad is the TIOGA TASK FORCE STEM. In black with white (or silver) I believe. Very futuristic design. There is also an original printad of that whole lineup of items you could buy bitd of the Tioga Task Force line.

sorry about the pic when i went to resize it, it stayed that way. tioga task force sounds familiar thanks for the info. im trying to do my n.o.s. frame as stock as i can get it!

the photoshoot/magazine test bike was pre-production and had the tioga stem, but the bike actually shipped with the sugino. Yasser's bike above looks to be all stock the way it actually shipped.

I think I know where there is a Sugino stem like that if needed.
