On Ebay- Never seen a DK stem with a decal, no engraved logo. Even the earliest DK ads from 1981 show an engraved logo. What's up with this stem???

I've got a few of those DK stickers and once cut out just as they did, It is the exact same size so I reckon thats what he did.
I also have a few sets of DK hub stickers (Chrome on black and Black on chrome). They are for the DK low flange sealed bearing flip flop hubs.

He claims that it is NOT engraved

I have never seen one without the engraving.

I have seen on the Bay, a black one with the sticker, but it was still engraved underneath the sticker. You could see the indention in the sticker from the engraving underneath.

Looks real though........

I did not stay at a Holiday Inn express last night. So, I could very well be wrong.

i know DK made stems for others that were not engraved in the late '80s/90s. that's an earlier design, though...not sure if they were fab'ing for others that early on.
