Went to the flea market today and picked this up.
Yes the front wheel is in fact larger than the rear,it's a 22"wheel.

Dang!! I had one of those. And yes, I had a tank. That was the heaviest thing on the planet.
Great find!

You guys are so lucky. All our boingers have euro bb's and don't leave a lot of choices for cranks.
Very cool bike anyway.

Sweet a 22/20 inch wheel combo plus original plastic & still in rideable condition , should be fun to run over korean cars with it.
Coast is soooo right , a big or US style BB took a long time to turn up on this island on any bike.
Choosing between some oldish double or single pinch Redline Flights or a new set of GT/Profile cranks does limit the choices due to the mandatory euro BB that came out with the local boingers in the 1970's here
Ill be dammed if I'm putting cotter pins on a bike I ever own again....

I remember seeing one at a local toy store when I was a kid. Thought it was so cool! Yes, the one I remember did have a gas tank.

Thanks for the comments guys. This particular bike is now in the hands of Sodbuster.
Knowing Brian, he'll do it justice.

Looks like you'll need to buy a Preston Petty aftermarket tank for it. ;o) Cool bike.
Needs one of those throttle that makes an engine sound. I'd wear a helmet, Jofa and duckbill visor, a kidney belt and a mesh Maico jersey. Maybe splatter some mud on your mud on my face. Then I'd ride it to 7-11 and buy beer all the while cranking the "two stroke" throttle noise grip. People would think you are total Special Ed, but it'd be fun.

Actually, perhaps Sod will loan it to me so I can follow you around SD. I'll keep yelling in my best Specail Ed (Crank Yankers) voice "Yeah Radical Rick!"

It's now in the deep recesses of the vast Sodbuster Lab complex. the vision is not quite clear as of yet for this steed. but all I can say is it will be suitable for jumping over the "short bus"

After crashis for 30 feet I went home crying my eyes out and bleeding all over I nver saw that thing again. I got some Huffy monoshock thing then the Cycle Pro tank heavy thing
