I scored these cranks.
They were on a Fuji road bike... I think 1978 model.

My question is -

I remember people would transplant road cranks to BMX bikes bitd... but mostly heard of Dura-Ace.

Are these anything racers would have modified and used on a BMX bike?
Are they anything special or whatever?

I was thinking about cutting off the big charning (so then it becomes the spider) and using these on a SS Cylcocross project bike... but thought maybe I should check into what they are first.

Don't cut the chainring off.SUPER MAXY cranks were used for BMX but they had the ones that didn't have the large built in chainring.
