,.,.but have them home by 10. LOL
Na, since you can't tell a Floval's age per the serial #, and seems to me, I have 3 different years below . So I need some help in ID's, and how you can tell by looking at them.
#1

#2

#3

Thanks !!!

#1 - Fuji/SE floval, top tube runs nearly in line with the seat stays. 2000 - present.
#2 - US made late 80s to mid 90s mid school Floval.
Brake mount in the bb brace (for odyssey pitbulls or other center pull brakes.)
#3 - Last gen. US made Floval, canti mounts. 1996-1999.
Dates are approximate, maybe someone can get them exact but these are close.

The grey one's been around the block a few times.,.,.,but well experienced .
So #1 is the ill faited Fuji frame. She's fun too ride though. #2 seems to be running the Odyssey Hoffmanbikes brakes#3, cool, at least its still an American made like #2.
Now, where could I get info on putting period correct parts on #2 and #3 ? Need some landing gear stickers for # 2.Seems I have 2 different rims/hubs on #2.

PK Ripped is right.
1) is a 2004 Fuji Floval Flyer. (03 was white, 04 was silver (grind trace), 05 was black, 06 was red and 07's are supposed to be baby blue) Don't call it ill fated. The Fuji SE line are really nice comfortable bikes.
2) like 88-92 because of the pitbull style brakes.
3) 94-99 with canti brakes. Is this one 1 1/8 threadless forks or 1" threaded?

O ya, the 04 is a very comfortable bike, thats why I picked up 2 more. Perfect fit. I just called it ill because its not USA made.I'm not sure as to the the size of the head tube. It is the same size as #2, and smaller then #1 . #2 has threadless.

So dingo, looks like you have the threadless forks on yours, that helps me alot. What hubs/ rims are you running.
I'm also have a major issue with #2. It also has the threadless head on it, but when I turn the handle bars, its so tight, it's unridable. If I loosen the top allen bolt, it frees up the motion, but now its not tight enough, so the forks are loose, and can push the handle bars forward and back. Whats the issue ? I took it apart, cleaned it up, re greased the bearings, but still have the same issue.

hubs are Profile cassetes and rims are Odyssey T1000
Take number two to the bike shop and get the headtube reamed and faced (to make the ends perfectly parrallel) then get them to press the headset in properly for you, that should do the trick

Nice Flovals.
I have two of the no.3's that you (and Dingo) have and I challenge you to find a cruiser that rides better. Really nice bikes IMO

Thanks wheelie.
Do You have any pics of your Flovals ? Though these are the first, and only 24's I have ever owned, I CAN say they are the most comfortable bikes I've ever been on. I'm still kicking my butt for not picked up a few back in the 80's. But I was a 20' type of guy, so those 24's /26's never interested me.
Does anybody know a any place I can get info my my Flovals ? I'd like to build #2 period correct, and would like too know what #3 had as options, or correct parts.

If you PM me your email address, I'll happily send 'em on to you and feel free to post them here. I've tried so many times to do it myself, but without success. It's embarrassing really

Here are wheelie's flovals.

&

Now I need more info. Below I have a Polished Profile Threadless neck . Is this period correct for that bike. What was ? Second, I need a time line on the Redline bars. I think they throw off the visual feel of #2, and would be better served on #1 . opinions ?

Thanks.

Ithink that stem is one of the newer ones, I have one on my Floval but is is squarer.
I also found my SE catalogue from the late 90's so any parts questions fire away

Cool dingo. Have a couple of questions.
A) Is that the correct Blue on my last generation FF (96-99)
B) Are there pics of the the FF with the correct stickers/color combination ? I need to know what went with the Blue frame, if that is the right color.
