I picked this bike up today Simply because the Neck ... It looks like a GT Block Stem, But it also looks like a Tuff Neck ...
Any help is appreciated.

80/81 Roadway --- MCS stem is the only decent bit --- the rest is mild steel entry level junker - unless you started on one and it means something to ya

Yes MCS stem. Couldnt tell you anything about the rest. It might be a raliegh.

Would have had a sticker on the front originally.

The frame looks like it was made in the same factory as the raleigh burner. Not teriably high quality.

Could be, or there's a cheapo version that looks JUST like 'em. eBay seller m2mphatwheels has them pretty regularly.
