Hey guys need help badly, won an auction on the Bay from a member here, but my Paypal service termed my shippin addy unconfirmed. The seller is gracious enough to allow the transaction to continue if somebody can vouch for me. Ive done some great deals, buying and selling without a problem, first time its happening, pls pm me or drop me a mail, so I can forward your word of confidence to him. Dont wanna be labelled a scammer. Thks, sincerely,

Why not just get it confirmed?
It usually only takes a day for them to confirm the address, if I am not mistaken. All they need is a credit card number.

Not to derail the original thread however I have been advised by PayPal that as I'm not from US/Canada/UK ( or have a bank account with a bank in one of those countries I suppose) I can't confirm my address. Something to do with not being able to get the address info from my bank/credit card company.

Hey Yasser, I'll vouch for you for sure. For anyone who doesn't already know, Yasser is a solid part of this community. Not only knowledgeable but honest and easy to deal with. I've had successful transactions with him, I have two in the process right now actually. You can check out this post from April that is a fairly good description of the man

I have had similar Paypal issues. The only way paypal allows me to confirm my address is via a reference no. that appears on my credit card statement. It normally takes a few days for me to get an updated statement.
