I just picked this up help me date it

I'm gonna guess 1983, but Ramon will know the answer with certainty. Does that downtube logo read diamondback III?
1986, March, would sound good but too easy...

Oh yeah, from the looks of the decals, I would say 83'.

the first "3" in the serial is the year built, so, 1983 it is.
