Does anyone know what is going on with Marc Golden? (auction.bikealot)

He used to be a reliable seller. I have had an open dispute over items not received for over 2 months.

No longer a registered user, a lot of bad feedbacks at the end, no correspondance, etc....

I am only out 40 bucks, so it's not the end of the world, but I'd be interested in knowing what happened.

Anyone know if he is ill, ..... or ????

Not slaying him, just looking for someone who might know what the deal is. There could be a good reason.

I don't know Ted, but I quit buying from him because he became unreliable. Not sure what went down.

I had a good friend making a decent living online, selling miscellaneous cool stuff with perfect feedback. Then a "bad" habit got worse and the same thing happened to his auctions. I hope the same has not happened...for him and you.

auction.bikealot has always been an unreliable ebayer with bad sales and poor communication.
I wouldnt deal with him ever. I think he is trading on ebay as amgithaca. Similar items, similar pricing, you decide: click here

The negatives have begun, this amgithaca hasnt traded since Aug 05' and now comes back with the same items and at the same time as auction.bikealot gets booted.

Wow, you are right Quicksilver. It's either him or a HUGE coincidence.

I never had a problem with him, too bad.

I bought some stuff from him and it left me wanten.If I wanted garbage I would go to the garbage can. He sucks ,and he is that other seller on e-bay. He's using the same picture of the seats I bought from him four months ago. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I received a dispute resolution today, stating that all funds have been depleted from his account, and no funds can be recovered from auction.bikealot.

However, the account is frozen, and if they can link the two, both accounts will be permanantly held accountable for any outstanding claims, and any funds ever put into them will be used for outstanding claims.

It is official, auction.bikealot/Marc Golden has cleaned out his paypal account.....Buyer beware on the other account. If anyone knows for certain (seems to be accurate), or has proof that amgithaca is a follow up user name. LMK.
