I picked these up today at a local thrift store. Man they are nice they have been rechromed but they still look great. I think they are earley Redline but not sure can you guys help me out.

They do look like early Red Line.

Second Genration just after they cut that extra 1/2 inch off the end. Notice the fat center section.

Supposed to be nickel plated.

they do look like Redline 85 era 600b forks I Have a set however mine have 3 seperate weld beads not a long one like yours. unless they changed their weld lengths.

Looks Redline, yeah. Could almost be GT if they had the holes in the dropouts.

It is weird that the Thrift Stores even attempt to sale that, thinking anyone wants it - and didn't just tnrow it away...

If those were 80s era they would have caps at the ends and the center tube (where the legs are welded on) would not be as wide.

Are there caps, or are the ends welded closed?
