A little update: Just talked to Scot briefly. His hearing was postponed to August which is good since it gives him time to do things that will show the judge that he will come through not just for Jamie, his family and the BMX community but also for him

He is having some computer problems and trying to get things running normally so that has kept him from thanking people personally.

He is doing well and again sends all his love and thanks to everyone in the BMX community.
