I've seen lots of DB bikes the first years I raced (82-83).
So, it was a must to have one
Here's my 83 Silver Streak powdered in clear blue.
Little different then most Silver Streaks I think, but I like it!

Parts list:
NOS: Uni seat, polished MX 1000 brake, chrome DC seatpost clamp, SR stem, SR pedals, YST headset, a'me tri, toaga comp III, Super maxy crank polished, ASCO chainwheel 43T, Shimano SX brake lever.
Used parts in good condition: Skyway Tuff II casette wheels with 16T cog, KMC chain, selfmade sealed BB (bullseye copy?).
Unknown handlebar.

I've 2 plates I could use on the bike, but the "wings" are to large and don't fit with the brake lever
Don't want to cut a NOS plate.....

I love it!!!!! Makes me want to pull my finger out and finish my Silver Streak to! The blue looks sick!
I just realized that i don't have a blue bike.....yet.
Some of those blue velcro DiamondBack pads would set that off! I do like the pads you have on it now to... Just 1 question......... Can i have your blue nos Uni seat please???? Heh Heh

No it has that orange to red sticker on the back with blue UNI print.

Here a pic of the BB. It was made by a friends father back in the '80s. It has sealed bearings inside!
