They didn't come on anything, they were available separately from Diamond Back for the Turbo-Lite "kit" which was the Frame, Fork, Stem, Bars, Tange "Aero" headset, and Brake Lever/cable/Caliper.
The early one's were clear hard annodize while the later one's were chrome plated, available in 28 and more uncommon 36 hole.
Other Turbo-Lite parts were the Cranks, Euro Bottom Bracket, and low flange, loose ball, hollow axle hubs with oiling clips, also available in 28 and 36 hole.

Didn't they come on the complete Turbo Lite Ramon?
Or was that only a kit.
VERY nice rims.

Nope, the Turbo-Lite was never a complete bike, just a kit in box with the frame/fork, and parts I listed. The rest of the Turbo-Lite parts were offered separately.
If any of you saw a complete Turbo-Lite for sale at a local bike shop, then it was built up at the shop.

OK - cool.
The sum of the parts almost equalled a complete bike - lol
Lets see - to make a complete DB Turbo Lite you'd add:
XCII pedals
Comp III 1.5s
Sealed Suzue hubs (chrome)
Oaklely B-1Bs in black/grey with extra donuts
Chrome plated spokes
Chrome SunTour freewheel
DB pads (black with red writing)
Black Uni turbo seat?
Seatclamp.... ???
oh and some refelectors and mud guards.

Andy... you scare me... LOL
The seatclamp I saw on Turbolites were DC hinged ones in chrome.
