It's a Tri-Power with badly placed decals. From '83-'84. If the toptube mesures 19.5" it's an XL. 18" is standard.
right ive measured the top tube and its only 17 inchs
Measure from the center of the headtube to the center of the seat tube.
right brad that would be 18 inchs then,so shes a standard then.
it has a Euro BB. was that common on Tri-powers? i know it was on other Thruster frames, but i think this may be the first Tri-power i've seen one on.

turns out its a thruster tri-power mini
I had a mini Thruster before I stepped up to a Tri-power, but I've never heard of a mini Tri. That doesnt mean it doesnt exist.
