This was a frame and fork. It's in pretty good shape. The serial# is 278022. can anyone give me some info on this frame?

You are either missing some digits, or it's a Wally World `goose.

oop's, there is three letters on the top of those numbers. CAO 278022 Is what is on the bottom bracket.

As long as you think it's a good score, then it is.

It's a Mongoose with a gusset, it is definitely worth building, check out some of the ones in the museum for inspiration.
