Jeez, does my bike look like crap in that pic. It was dusty, so I wiped it down w/ a wet towel and it left water spots when it dried, oh well...

Do any of you MTB guys remember when Look made SPD- compatible pedals?

I've raced MTB's for 12 years, never used an SPD. I wouldn't recognize any of 'em.

I love that JMC!

OK, I am not going to Rockford as usual probably cause I live in Japan and it cost like 1800 dollars to fly there now with the gas prices and fuel charges....but if I were there and could bring out some bikes, I would bring these........

(Hope to see you people there for sure in 2007 cause I am coming home!!)

You people all have fun there and make sure to take lots of pictures so the rest of us who were not lucky enough to go can see the pictures, cheers

Wow DonVader look at all the gold and yellow! Very impressive

Osamaie, too bad we didn't live closer we could have had our own little BBQ Rockford party or maybe Ayers Rockfork party

Ted, I am not sure what that is, but here in Japan I am not joking but I see old women driving bikes like those with little baskets on the rear. They even have battery assisted ones made by Yamaha and Honda, no joke!

Wish I could go to Rockford, might actually happen in 2007. Have fun all you people !

lol

Nothin but a lil joke Jamie..... It actually IS my bike though (see the owner/operator placard? lol)! Picture it with a Tool box on the back, and a Nitrogen bottle in tow, and rags, alcohol, and parts in the basket, parked next to a DC-9 on the ramp. Hence the abundance of reflector tape. It was my everyday rider at work before the strike.

I was dating a gal that brought her teenaged daughters and met me for lunch one day at work. When I rode out on it, to meet them, the girls had a hayday...."Oh no, ET fell out of your basket!"....."Does your little bell work?"

I think racing it in the 30 + open at Rockford would be funny.....until the first jump....Then I am thinking I'd be pretty scared.... No it wont be there....

Carry on....
