I Talked to Scot on the phone today and he wanted me to let everyone know how much he appeciates the concern and support for him and his family from the bmx community..he was very emotional about it, he said he cares for everyone in the bmx community and told me how much it lifts his spirits to know that there are people that truly care for him and about his well being.
He would really like your prayers to go out to his family (Jamie, Mom, Anne, Carolle, The fab 5) and that they can get through this with him and get back on track.
He is also concerned about any items sold and never delivered..if you have any issues with this contact Jaime at janthony0@charter.net and let her know and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
If you would like to write a letter of recommendation to the D.A. in preference of a long term re-hab program instead of long term jail time for Scot you can e-mail the letters to Jamie at janthony0@charter.net and they will be forwarded to the D.A. at the hearing.
If you'd like to support Scot and show up for the hearing then check in with the bailiff or D.A. the morning of..it may have an impact on his re-hab opportunities with the D.A. and Judge ..The court hearing is on Monday May 15th at 9:30am Victorville Superior Court 14455 Civic Drive Victorville, CA. 92392
Since gas is expensive and it's a long drive out to the Victorville court hearing there's some OM autographed NOS SE "P.K.Ripper" complete frame and fork sticker sets ($150 value) that have been set aside for anyone that wants to show thier support and come to the court hearing May 15th or bring a re-hab recommendation letter.
