I believe I saw a picture of a JMC mini of yours at the recent Roseville gathering. And if I'm not mistaken, it was sporting some pretty cool components (Titron?).
Would you mind posting more pics and a part breakdown?

I have not heard from Alan since right after the show he posted. He was right next to us, Thanks for the beer Alan I think the clamp, stem, pedals, and Hubs are all Titron. BB might be to ?

I couldn't help but post some pics, of some cages I bought from Alan about a week ago. I was checking out some posts, and came across the thread that had Alan showing off his Titron goodies. I just had to have a set of those cages. Well now my pedals look as they should. At first I had polished cages, but now.....
Thanks again Alan! I have not yet cleaned them like I had wanted, but I just couldn't resist.

Alan's good people. Yes these are reproduction. Know how to tell the difference? Real black anno Titrons would've faded to a root beer brown by now.

Thanks guys; I appreciate the comments!
Tom: The mini was still a bit of a work in progress when I took it to the show so I wasn't going to give the full lo-down until it was really complete but this is how it was built on that day...
JMC Mini #2804 (1980 - the history behind the frame is way cool but I will save it for later) OMAS headset Titron magnesium headset lock Titron magnesium stem w/ti hardware Powerlite bars A'me grips Nisi sew-up rims DT titanium spokes and alloy nipples Titron magnesium hubs w/ti axles Panaracer sew-up tires Campy Strada 170mm cranks w/43t chainring OMAS sealed BB w/ti spindle Titron 2nd generation pedals Izumi chain Uni hammerhead Titron magnesium seat clamp Dia-Compe MX901 Mathauser pads
The brake system has been replaced with a more era-correct Shimano Tourney w/DX lever. The headset will also be replaced with a Titron magnesium version very soon and I *hope* to have a Titron sealed BB w/titanium spindle too. Otherwise it is pretty much done. Greg Folk and his bro Casey did the sign board which is super-trick. The one detail that got blocked in the photo was the "assembled weight" which is 15 pounds. I will post detailed pictures and descriptions soon.
