Looks like the original Haro Freestyler to me. Not positive though.

The Freestyler frame had a hole in the gusset between the two top tubes and holes in the rear dropouts. Also, the gusset at the head/downtube on a Freestyler looks different than this one does.

I always thought they had a large gusset with a round or oblong hole, in between the top and DT. The rear drops look Torker, but the gusset I haven't seen.
