Does anyone have pictures of the Takara Outlaw in black? A scan of an old Takara ad or catalog page would be fine. This was the first bmx bike I had as a kid and haven't seen one in a long time.

Man, there is a name I hadn't heard in a long time....I had a road bike that was a Takara.... Back in 85 if I remember right.

Not a black one but.. (and not even sure if it's an Outlaw, but it has outlaw pads on it..lol)

Very Cool....That is the same frame: The t in the gusset and the seat stay, the metal name plate on the head tube. I had v-bars, but I don't think they were as round as those are. The stem was one of those big clunky ones like on the early mongoose bikes. Thanks for posting those.
