i have a blue RACE INC and a gold RACE INC both are complete alloy frames with tange 1000 forks. the blue one is 80% original as far as i can tell except for the seat/post the original one was a blue uni sst with fiberglass seatpost. the gold one has been slightly modernized with new bars, wheels, and seat. if anyone is interested in buying them i am selling them as a pair because that is how i originally aquired them. i will try to post pictures of both soon so you can judge for yourselves if you want to buy them. the price is non negotionable. e-mail me at reggie3@bellsouth.net for more info.

seriously folks joking aside what might these be worth sight unseen or are you guys worried that they are junk? let me tell ya i've been in the cycling industry over 20 yrs now and love vintage bmx stuff just as well as anybody else. i am simply waiting to borrow a good digital camera to show off these beauties. i promise that they are sweet but i never claimed that either one are "all original". i will tell you that they were from a schwinn shop from back in '80-'81 they were originally sold as frame and fork kit and build kit. who, when, where, and how these were bought is anybodys guess. i bought them from a man years ago who said his two sons had raced them. if i offended anyone i'm sorry. i should have those pics posted in a couple days if not sooner. hang in there fellas.

I can't take you seriously.
once again, 10 seconds after you made your first post in this thread, I e-mailed you and said I was interested. I also sent a follow up e-mail indicating that I live in Florida just like you..
It's been a couple hours and no reply. (Yet you reply in here..)
If you truly had a price in mind and it is truly non-negotiable, you would have e-mailed me back telling me what it is, and you would have been paid already. But it is evident to me, and now everyone else that you are just fishing to find out a price.
Flip it on e-bay if you really want to know the price.
I'm no longer interested in buying them, regardless of the price.
Thanks!

And if El Diablo trys some sneaky stuff I will double the cash offer! And if PK Ripped wants to counter I will triple it! OMG I'm glad I checked the Astrodamus spelling!!! LOL

4 grand is burning a hole in my pocket.........
however, i must admit, ive had alot of stuff in this hobby. but the fact of you owning 2, not one but 2 RACE INCS is crazy. very hard to believe. i hope its true and you have them but you must understand my disbelief. used race incs are soooooooooo hard to find.

Like I have said before. These two bikes are sweet, and I have sat on both of them. He is not joking at all. I work with the guy. I would never tarnish my rep. For something that I did'nt know to be true. Ask him about the ti forks he has. Or the sixteen old school schwinns he has. Give him a break. He's a newbie. And he does have a life, unlike me. He does'nt spend every waking hour in front of the screen. He can't answer every e-mail or post. If you have any questions about these bikes please, ask me . I will answer you asap.

This thread has potential to be one of the classics. Hopefully Hal recognizes this thread as "genious". You know, on other boards, there is a place for threads to go to die, yet they are still up for all to see in "thread killer section". I guess we have the Cafe and all... Bango is freakin' hillarious.
