OK, so I'm building one just like this for my wife, have the decals and it's about ready for paint. Is this the correct placement? Or is it the top or bottom? I think it would LOOK nice on the bottom, but don't think that's necessarily correct. Mine had TWO decals on different tubes! Not factory, I'm sure.

Here's what mine came with:

Very nice! Looks like a fun build. In that ebay auction, the decals are placed correctly. Does your frame have a round tube or a flat butterfly brake bridge? Does it have holes drilled in the rear dropouts? What color are you going to paint this one? Good luck!

Ah. Now, I gotta decide whether to go "correct" or "my way". I'll probably do it factory, it's just right in the end. Mine has the flat bridge and holey drops just like that one. It's going to be white with red anodized parts. I wonder if mine is an earlier or later one? Thanx for the info!---jon

Sounds like you have a 3rd generation 3 bar. Sounds like it will be very nice. I'm trying to build my lady a 26 inch old scooler, but she's got to have gears...,what do you do?

Post the serial number on the frame for a better id on the year. As for the decals the auction looks pretty true to form.

I like the idea of white with red parts, should look superb, post some pics.
