eracer f/f were primarily an east coast thing here in the states like in 82-83 and I believe there were only like 2000 made.

yeah, i've got an E Racer frame and fork and from what i've read they were out of florida and silverhw is right, supposedly only 2000 made. hopefully some of the florida guys will add more info.

I have a bunch of Erasers I make alot of mistakes and they come in very handy.If I had known they were that rare I would have been more careful?

were they a Profile OEM prodct like BB racing ones were. Its sounds like that is the deal.
Can anyone post a pic or even a pic with decals

The E Racer rider is Randy Street
E racer started about 1979, started by Les Petit out of St Pete FLA. He contracted with profile to produce the frames for him to market and sell. I worked at Les's shop for about 3 years, he asked me if I wanted to be sponsored and I said " no, I like my Cook Bros frame better......
I'm in third in the photo...passed the second guy later in the race........

the first two or three hundered were supposedly bought from robinson (rejects?) and then profile started making them and thats also how profile got into bmx...

I had an Eracer for my thrash bike in like 81-82 it was a double gussett bike. I'd love to have one again if any one wants to get rid of one let me know.

I grew up IN FL and also heard the story that the first batch of frames were rejected Robinsons. Never did hear why they were rejected. They were everywhere for a short period of time.
On a similar note, anyone remember the Gator frame?
