Sorry I couldnt edit my post so I started another thread ... Here's the serial #
JH8709C181 The Frame is Chrome and the stickers are 2-Tone, Pink on top and blue on bottom. Looptail frame.
Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like late eighties at the earliest which I know nothing about Hutch/Hutchins in that era.

It's a Hutch Pro Racer from Taiwan. The sticker is faded, it used to be red.
