This has probably been brought up a thousand times, so sorry in advance...

...but do you guys ride your bikes after they're restored to perfection? Or are they like museum pieces, or trophies?

Just wondering.

My Dan Gurney monoshock is a museum piece. Mostly because I am too heavy for the shock on it, so it rides like a pogo stick!

I ride my Hutch. BUt when the JMC is done it may not get ridden. We'll see......
wilko
I ride my R&R. Usually I put Tuff I's on it cause I'm a fat arse.

I'll ride my Littlejohn Murphy when It's done.

Most of mine are display only.

My Hutch is a rider though.
A) I didn't want to go the expense of doing a full resto on it
B) I got it for a song
C) I had a bunch of nice parts laying around to put on it
D) I was sick of not being able to ride my other bikes - LOL
