Yep, those look like the real deal. They should be 28" x 6" I believe and should not have the knurling for the stem (doesn't look like they do).
The repro ones that were circulating in the last year would not have had time to rust that bad - so I think you're safe.
There should be some of those decals floating around.

Some of that rust looks pretty bad...make sure you can't stick your thumb through it before you take it to the powdercoaters!

LOL Yeah, I checked. The bars are definitely solid, despite the rust, it's all on the surface, not even any pits or chunks out---just uniform rust. They could be cleaned and rechromed. The inside of the bars aren't too bad either. And as a bonus, they're totally straight---not even any squeezing at the clamp. Doesn't matter now though, 'cause they've been sold.

I'd kill 4 a set of those! Well done!!! There is a set of Powerlite cruiser bars on ebay.....I don't think the auction has finished.......YET!
