OK,sometimes it's great to carefully select parts for your build, carefully gather the parts, assemble them gently over a LONG time...And sometimes it's fun to pull out your wallet and buy one completely done!!! Ahhhh,I love this bike....

Frame: Second gen. OM Flyer, original baby blue finish
Joe P.
Here is a shot of the Whales and Bullseyes...Doesn't this bike scream "I'm stuck in 1981!!!" I wouldn't have it any other way!
Joe P.
Don't see too many of these around...
Joe P.
I wasn't sure about keeping the bars, any trades out there for SE cruisers?
TNJ'Sdad
wow That is soooo sweet looking ...nice job love the stemand the JT decal
Joe P.
Now, I want to be curtiqued,I want to know what should be changed to make it period correct

I have a straight post for it,as well as a brown suede Unimax that will be going on ASAP. I'm on the fence about the front brakes too, just doesn't look right to me...
bmxbuzz
That is really nice. Loose the yellow Aero, yellow cables and covers, straight seatpost, SE cruiser bars if you can get em...L.G. stickers in gold. Good luck. That is nice!!
Smokin Endo
Sweet Joe !

hmmm,i was going to go baby blue with the Landing Gear stickers, would that be too much you guys think? Yeah, cables going too, have some brown ones...Seat will be brown suede.
PEP
vinyl pads bro, no LG decals. Leave em brown...Brown suede seat & cables willo put the icing on the cake.

That thing is sick man.
Joe P.
Doesn't it look familiar Chris? Like a certain 16''er?? : ) here is her little sister....This is my little girl's Jr. Flyer...Could i go with camo pads?
Joe P.
And here is her twin sister, she likes shiny things, like NOS Powerwings,NOS Profiles,NOS inverted polished Pro Necks...Man these ladies are hard to please! Soon enough I will build her too../
Joe P.
Here is a better pic of the Jr.Not all the parts are the same, but I do know who has those Bullseye hoops, should be coming home soon...
Walter Holda
Those are Sick Joe! Does she actually get to ride that Jr - Flyer..... Awesome!
Joe P.
Thanks Walter! She is only 2!!! But I grabbed it because you don't see them often, plus it matches! She will be riding the wheels off of it when she is ready,it won't be a trailer queen! None of them will be!
The 26incher

Too sweet Joe, bet its gonna be the familys heirloom.
Joe P.
Thanks Yasser! They are buring me with the thing! I'll be in a hard airport bike case in the ground with my OM!

Joe, that is a really nice OM. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and risk being shot, but I think those bars look good on there.
I prefer the look of the wide low Prodyne/Kos/GT cruiser handlebars on 26 wheelers.

That sure is nice in Baby Blue
Joe P.
Thanks Mcam! I'm still shocked that it's the original finish..I was on the fence about the bars, but of course I've already ran out and bought some SE cruiser bars for it! I'm such a follower! What does everyone think of these going brown powder to match the forks? I think that may look trick..Thanks for the bars Jon!
mcam
What kind of bars are they on there at the moment? Are those Prodynes?
old-skull
OK I am a newbiee to this but I would re-chrome the bars. IMO to much color drownes out a bike. But it is a awesome bike to begin with. Maybee some day..............
Thumperpilot
KOS Bars for sure!
