if you have early Redline Proline frame with 5 digit SN , please report here. pics would be real nice too ! if you don't feel comfortable teeling the world your sn#s make it close. I'd like to kinda get a registry of sorts going. maybe we can make some sense about the timeline and numbering system ???

the guy who laces my wheels has pictures of his old redline ProLine XL he says there where nto many made like his sold it to buy his first car been trying to find the guy who bought it for 10 years now. I think he said it was a 79-80 i will have to ask him again

here is a pic. of BITD. I cracked the downtube right behind the gussett. It was right before the "83" Gilley's Nationals so I went out and bought my first VDC 20" and took it to the National. Repaired the Red Line and built it up with spare parts and gave it to a buddy so he could ride with us.
