I was talking with a friend the other day about how stoked I was there are starting to more nice builds outside the norm. With builds like Spur's Jag, JJR's Vector, Ray's Maximum, Reilley's RRS, My Bassett, and a few others, it seems some of the more uncommon builds are starting to shine. It seems like SE, Redline, Hutch, and JMC are the big four. Now don't get me wrong, it's cool to be down with those brands and I can totally appreciate the bling, but there are tons of other sweet rides that don't fall under those banners or get a ton of props. I'm just glad to see some new blood getting some attention. Keep up the awesome work guys.
I'm sure some of you can appreciate this one, to me it's like going to car show. Everybody and there uncle has a Chevelle, Camaro, or Mustang. They all look cool, but there is something about a car that is done that is out of the oridinary. Same reason I have a '64 Elco, you don't see a lot of those around and it's a little bit different than the norm. Like when I go to The Rock each year. I always seem to remember the nice builds that are out of the norm. Scott Towne's Candy Blue RRS comes to mind two years ago. He did an awesome job on that bike, IMO it's probably the best RRS I have seen. It was just cool to see something different for a change.

I agree. I love my mongeese. Thats what I had while growing up. I agree about the 64 camino. My daughter turns 16 next month and I plan on giving it to her. 327 four speed 8.2 10 bolt 3.73 posi. candy apple red rolling on weld rod lites. I have to keep my 59 camino for myself. LOL

Kinda like comparing your Wife to the moon-babe at the deli yesterday, we love them but come on, she was like, way downtown...

I dig every ride out there .... especially when they come with a connection to one's sentimental interests' as opposed to being just some exotic show piece - Scott T's RRS is sick ! Basset 20"s are sweet - nickel Patty's - Jay S's Hyper - Ray's Maximums - even the Aussie guys and they're QS's all incredible or the Brit's and they're Marches... I unfortunately fall into the major 4 cat. and limit my collecting to things that mean something to me emotionally - it doesn't make mine better or whatever - I just stick to what I know
I too love the fact so many different flavors are being savored these days, it makes the hobby more interesting and informative of things from bitd we may have overlooked or not been exposed to not to mention fill in the blanks ..... more power to the hobby - keep the flavors coming !

I like that they aren't so bling. The bling bikes look excellent, but most of never raced a bling bike.

I was thinking first cars should be slow and safe
