MyGJS
As mentioned in another thread. I just found these. It was THE day I built up my GJS. Here it is today, followed by a much skinnier me BITD. I have everything but the tires and Z-rims. I put on a laid back GT post and araya with DX hubs later. Check how new the Z's were, they still had the sticker on them!

Check out the Spot Bilt shoes!

Nice build! I like it with the alloys rather than the Z-rims. Imo.

For a kid with a new bike, you sure look angry in that top photo...

Great pic. "Dang Mom..... Hurry up and take the picture already"

darin you nailed it. I had not even pedaled yet and was ready to go ride!

OSrl, I lived in Mustang and raced at Trosper and Shawnee from 79 to 83.

By the way, here is that same Haro plate today. I reskinned it and made it GJS style. Check the back sticker out!

Very cool... I ran Trosper in 82-83... my cousin is Jimmy Harkins he is 7 years older than me and raced there at the same time... I was 7-8 and he was 14-15. Very good to see another Okie!

They are currently rebuilding Trosper and we have a newer track in Yukon, OK.
