Were those ones Mongoose made? There has to be a connection, the frames look identical.

Hey, I broke one of those.

I though about building a copy of it, but I never see those wheels anywhere. This might just be a future project...I may take you up on getting that frame.
It was real close to a Mongoose, I just remember that it was a department school bike. I broke the rear tube on the drive side so many times that a guy up the street who built race cars welded it up, put some support brackets on it and told me to stop bothering him.

No copyright in those days.. looks like early Mongoose.. (nice model cars too).
