I told the kids on the street I`ll take them for a bike ride. A house full of bikes that aren`t put together except this one. OUCH!!!!! My *** is killing me!!!!! They wouldn`t wait for me to change my gearing too. A 1/4 mile of this bike ride was riding up a hill
steef

I do. It stays in the trunk of my 58 Plymouth all the time.
Everybody seen me. How can you not see a 6`3" guy on one of these.

cool bike, but if it was my 400 pound uncle he would look like a human hover craft going down the road. lol

I pedaled my *** off. It realy did hurt. OUCH!!! I don`t want a new school padded seat on it. It will kill the concept of being old. lol. I have a few Elina Lightening Bolt seats but they are black. I think those are comfortable thats why I have them on all my rides. My Skunk had the Dominator. I didn`t mind it too much. Anybody have a blue Elina Lightening Bolt seat that rough that will trade for my good black one.
steef
I think the black one will look fine, especially with the black back wheel.

I bet that felt like 10 miles.

Thats too funny!

I went to Duluth with my Dad, Step-Mom, and Kid, this fall, and I brought the pit bike along, instead of the MTB (which my parents had).

We started riding from the RV grounds, towards Duluth. About 14 miles later, after finding no sign of any "ice-cream shops" or otherwise (except for a few mirages), we decided it was time to head back. Almost all uphil on the the way back!

I just kept saying.....I have GOT to put a 350mm seat post on this thing! The seat just needs to be one more inch higher, I'll even take 310mm!!!! That's all I want! Well, that and my comfy MTB seat!!! ...And my suspension. ...and my ....(Like Steve Martin in The Jerk, "Thats all I need is this lamp")

28 miles later.......It was just like being a kid again! Only it sucked more the next day!

27 gears, full suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, and 2 large water bottles, and I chose to bring the "Pit Bike"!..... Next time, I bring the real bike!

You know we actually thought the "Aero" seats were comfy BITD.....Hmmmm.

I can only imagine, even my padded MTB seat gets me sore on a long ride. Especially when I haven't ridden in a while. Our arses change as we get older? Hell I used to ride all day back then on an Aero and didn't even think about it! Jeez...
