Still need to assemble the wheels, decide on some bars (if I can find some ), get a seat post and trade my XC-II spindles/pedals for some 9/16's.
Also waiting on my gold stamped tuf disk to arrive.

Going to be chrome with goldredblack. Will match the decal set that is still needed.

I am considering trading the NOS gold stem for a nos red or gold stamped tuf /pro neck. This is going to be a rider.

By the way..got these decals and was told by a 2/4 owner that they came on his forks from the factory. First time I have seen them.

Any ideas as to what they were used on for sure?

They may be fork decals?

She looks great already...... That's going to be one nice bike.
Randy
those are not fork decals, aftermarket decals for numberplates, helmets etc.

Well Rick that is what I thought as well, but two different 2/4 owners got their bikes with them on the forks as original.

Here are pics and links. Looks to be a rarer decal for the forks.

I came so close to buying a 2/4 as my first serious racing cruiser bitd. That looks cool!

Its a great feeling isn't it, getting the parts together in anticipation of putting it together.

Cant wait for the final pictures!

It Is. Just a few more bit$ to go. Was going to wait to get the decals, but they can be put on after the build.
