I picked these up a long time ago because I thought they'd make cool MTB bars. I was examining them again and noticed they had a Tuffneck stamp in the clamp area. They have thicker than usual tubing than most aluminum bars I've seen and they appear to be hard annodized.

i think they have ''cruiser '' writen all over them that's my guess.

1" tubing, i'm guessing. tuf-neck also made a stem to fit those bars (same as a BMX stem, but a bigger bore for the bigger bars).

if they are 7/8" they are for mini's
