3rd Crown-Haitai International is scheduled on 6 Oct 2012.

Stromberg won in 2010, Joey B won in 2011.

Both previous events had many international BMX stars (with organizers paying riders accomodation expenses and giving an allowance for airfare)

This has been a great event that I have been honored to attend the last 2 years. The USA riders and I will be leaving on Wednesday and it should be a fun event. Invited riders included David Herman, Nic Long, Connor Fields, Maris Strombergs, Barry Nobles, Martijn Scherpen, Caroline Buchanan, Joey Bradford, Darin Goodwin, Yvan Lapraz, and others from Thailand, France, the Chez, and other countries.

The event itself is on October 6th, a UCI Class 5 race, with live TV coverage in Korea. The event is sponsored by Crown-Haitai, which is a food company in Korea. The track is a bit different as it is entirely made out of concrete and has a typical BMX track layout. The track is located in a flood area, so thats one of the reasons its concrete, as well as there is no cost of upkeep.

This is great trip and the Korean Cycling Federation takes care of all the riders and team managers, with some great prize money to the riders in the main event. Ill do my best to update from the event on twitter @DoubleAPete
