I'm not really a collector and wasn't going to vote in this but I looked at the thread and there's some really nice bikes (and I was certainly around during that era).
I love Darrell Youngs. I had one in high school (a chrome one but always wanted a red one) and I really like CW5150's rendition here. Right down to the Campy hubs.
The Patterson is a beauty as well. I grew up in Nor Cal and these and Bosses were the rides to have.
The Pistol: It just really stood out to me. I spent my weekends chasing one of those at Orion Park BMX in Mountain View (Terry Tennette when he was on CW) in 15x back in the day. I've never really "liked" those bikes per se (crazy laid back seat angle) but this is a really nice one.
I also liked stidds 1981 Cook Bros. It should probably be in my top three but I had to narrow it down to what I really like. Calismoooth's GT really stood out to me as being a clean ride from that era and caligoose's 85 Mongoose MooseGoose was cool as well.
