Funny they've never even talked to us about our podiums once. Cool for the riders, just seems odd they have never talked with us about the program.

Shannon from a marketing perspective it would make sense to work with USABMX, and now that there is only one sanction it makes it even easier.

The Paid to Podium Program is a contingency program for Monster Army Members only.

All members are eligible for Paid to Podium money in Motocross, BMX Freestyle, BMX Racing, skateboarding, and wake boarding.

I understand that but if you have a Monster army member on the podium at a race, then would it not make sense to promote that as well?

If I was a 15 or 16 year old girl, I'd be mad. The payout is $150 less for them then for 17-27 women and 15 and 16 year old expert boys. It's not as if those girls' classes are a cakewalk on the national level.

As the father of a 16 year old girl, that has already been brought up to them. Most of the 15-16 girls can race JDP and get the $200 payout with a smaller class. looks like most choose not to race it. There has not been a girls JDP in several months at the Nationals. Maybe this will change things on Saturday at least.
