Brake issue

Yes im aware this is the wrong forum.

How do I center a front u brake (990 style)

one side is riding against the rim...help.

It's all about adjusting the spring..Just need to play with it til you get it..Adjustable wrench and allen.sometimes the springs get shot ,so maybe try a new one.
