I can't believe you're starting now. Good luck getting it finished in time.

I was out taking pictures of my Trick Star last night. I finished it up over the weekend and I actually got a thumbs up from my Daughter. She doesn't like many of my builds, so I'm psyched that I finally built one she approves of. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

This will be my second gJs. White Tuff 2s on the way but the show stopper, just bought tonight on the bay, a complete set of Cook Bros cranks and bottom bracket (my survivor gJs has a cook BB I bought at Tillys Bike Shop in OKC circa 1981, never saved enough for the cranks back then, but I have them now!) White Cook Bros style bars, I realize its not a purist, but it will be RAD!

Check my build thread on Vintage Racing to see my survivor proudly displayed in the house (I have a VERY cool wife)

Oh yeah, stickers coming across the pond from France, thanks Frog!

Thank you, but please don't ever call my R32 a GTI ever again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Since I'm a newb here on this site, could someone tell me which section of the forum would be appropriate for my build thread? I don't want to post it in the wrong section.

Thank You.

I chrome plated the fork and bar. I had some Tuff II's blasted by Gary and scored a TufNeck seat post clamp and a ProNeck stem. i also picked up a black Tange headset and a mint Dia-compe rear brake and tech lever.
